Experience: 1 to 4 years

Good to have:

• Preferable 6-12 months of non-tech hiring experience,
• Undergraduate/Graduate degree,
• Knowledge of front-line hiring and job portals,
• Basic excel and understanding of the data.

Job Description:

• Identifying candidates for our customer companies through calls, emails, app notifications,
• Evaluating candidate fitment for the role on various parameters,
• Explore talent networks such as college hiring and other new sourcing strategies,
• Share the relevant profile with the team and help them in the shortlisting process,
• Create daily plans, manage bandwidth and ensure that we achieve the desired results,
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team in Sales, Operations & Marketing to close positions faster.
