What Do You Need To Bring To The Table?
● 5+ years of work experience
● Ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment and create processes to ensure
timely execution
● Creative yet budget-oriented mind
● Good vendor management and negotiation skills
● Excellent communication skills - verbal (English)
● Excellent strategy planning experience
● A go-getter attitude, with the will to do what it takes and be flexible with a pure outcome focus
● Knowledge in digital marketing and marketing CRM platforms such as Google analytics,
Hubspot and related platforms would be an added advantage
● Creative/Copy writing skills would help

What Will You Be Responsible For?
Brand Strategy & Planning :
● Working closely with key stakeholders in the creation of actionable strategies that ensure we achieve our overall company goals. Gathering internal and external data to build a rich but concise picture of our operating environment to inform key business decisions.
● Management of the overall brand portfolio architecture, including brand principles, brand values and purpose, creation of "higher purpose" and strengthening our core brand identity.
● Building a consistent and effective brand story that plays out both externally for our
customers, as well as internally for our people
● Working on content strategy and drive the content creation process, working with our social media, PR and design agencies to create marketing tools for the sales team and channel partners
● Monitoring website & other collaterals regularly to ensure that they are updated with relevant information
Budgeting:
● Creating and executing the annual marketing program timeline within budget, annual marketing calendar planning, administrative tasks (such as VTO, KPI setting and etc.) and providing quarterly reports to the management.
● Monitoring expenditure and analysing marketing spends of assigned projects for inputs on next years budget and modifies budget based on the performance trend.
● Drive P&L improvement by reviewing & analysing competition price and proposing price revision.
● Manage launch of new projects, NPD and campaigns as per committed timeframe and craft SWOT for assigned projects
Events:
● Conduct brand training and orientation to internal stakeholders to strengthen internal brand
knowledge and equity. through brand seeding on business and event collaboration,.
● Promote brand awareness through Events, sponsorship and partnership deals and execution of networking parties, client engagement events at-site and off-site etc Tasks involved include
budget projection, liaison with external vendors and partners (Clients, event managers, media owners etc.), Event set-up and tear down, post event review and provide event report to key stakeholders.
