Description: 

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency for Service operations. You will respond to issues assigned, do analysis, suggest/implement work around, communicate to all stakeholders and close issue as per agreed timelines in order to meet the Service Level Agreements(SLA). You will participate in activities related to requirements elicitation, validation of architecture, creation and review of design, provide pseudo code to the team and assign tasks to team for implementation. You will play an important role in creating the knowledge Artifacts. You will also deliver high service levels of support and contribute to Service improvement at various levels. Qualifications:

Basic

·        Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

·        At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred

The roles requires:

·        Strong knowledge in core Java, Spring Framework , Java Script, Angular, Spring batch

·        Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

·        Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks : Angular 8 or above

·        Familiarity with databases: DB2 , PostgreSQL

·        Basic understanding of cloud and AWS

·        Working experience in projects integrated with CI/CD pipeline

·        Knowledge in Bamboo and Bitbucket are plus

Responsibilities include:

·        Bug Fixing , minor enhancement based on business needs

·        Production application failure resolution and performance improvement, attending to production support escalation from L2/L2 team

·        Remediation of Vulnerabilities, Tech debts

·        Software version upgrades

·        Technological adaption of application to business and downstream/upstream requirements

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
