Job Overview

We are seeking a Vendor Management professional to join our growing team in Jaipur. This full-time role requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in vendor management or related fields. The role requires effective coordination and oversight of vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance and value delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven relationship management skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Experience in contract management, understanding legal requirements, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Ability to conduct supplier evaluations to identify potential new vendors and assess their suitability for collaboration.
• Competence in risk assessment to anticipate potential issues in vendor partnerships and mitigate them successfully.
• Proficiency in performance monitoring by tracking vendor performance metrics and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Skilled in cost analysis to evaluate vendor pricing, negotiate better rates, and contribute to cost savings.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey expectations and resolve any misunderstandings or conflicts.
• Exceptional negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to secure favorable terms and strengthen vendor agreements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all vendor communications.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are clearly defined and met by vendors.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and evaluations of vendors to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ascertain specific requirements and ensure vendors meet these needs.
• Implement and maintain a vendor database for quick reference and efficient management practices.
• Analyze vendor proposals and reports to make informed decisions on vendor selections and continuations.
• Monitor vendor compliance with company policies and industry standards to reduce any operational risks.
• Identify potential areas for improvement in vendor management processes and propose actionable solutions.
