Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team at Emiac Media. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in using graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of market analysis and research techniques to identify design trends and competitor activities.
• Experience with logo design and illustration is highly desirable.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work and demonstrating creativity and technical skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics and layouts for various marketing and promotional materials, including social media posts, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's brand identity and objectives.
• Ensure that all design materials are consistent with the company's visual guidelines and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance the quality and creativity of designs.
• Work closely with the clients to understand their design requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality designs within the given deadlines.
• Perform market analysis and research to gain insights into current design trends and competitor activities.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, providing design support and creative ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as copywriters and developers, to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
• Present design ideas, concepts, and drafts to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary.
