Job Overview
Emiac Media is seeking a Customer Relationship Intern located in Jaipur. This full-time internship is designed for freshers with 0-1 year of work experience. As a Customer Relationship Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to enhance customer experiences and relationships through strategic communication and CRM initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and collaborate with team members (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM for managing customer data and supporting internal teams in crafting bespoke customer solutions.
- Experience in customer journey mapping to help the company deliver personalized and effective customer experiences.
- Ability to utilize data analytics for informed decision-making and to assess customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Skilled in customer segmentation to identify target audiences and tailor strategies to meet different customer needs.
- Understanding of omni-channel strategy to ensure seamless customer interaction across multiple platforms.
- Capable of contributing to CRM strategy development, enhancing customer relationships, and optimizing company processes.
- Demonstrated team leadership to support and guide team members in achieving collective goals and enhancing performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of customer relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer records within the HubSpot CRM system for accuracy and streamlined communication.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights for ongoing improvement of services and customer engagement approaches.
- Collaborate with the events team to understand customer needs and align strategies accordingly to create exceptional event experiences.
- Work alongside the data analytics team to analyze customer data and derive actionable insights to improve interactions.
- Participate in strategy meetings to contribute ideas and support the implementation of CRM and customer engagement initiatives.
- Provide timely support and assistance to customers, ensuring efficient resolution of concerns and fostering positive relationships.
- Assist in planning and conducting customer training sessions on using company services effectively, thus enhancing their overall experience.
