Job Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Ahmednagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including policy implementation, recruitment, payroll processing, and compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong background in employee relations and benefits administration.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures to effectively manage and implement organizational policies.
  • Experience in employee relations to address and resolve employee issues and foster a positive work environment.
  • Proven recruitment skills, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires efficiently.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration to manage employee benefits programs effectively.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations to ensure the organization adheres to legal standards.
  • Data management skills to maintain and organize employee records and HR data accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels and convey HR policies clearly.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing issues and fostering a supportive work environment.
  • Conduct recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks for the organization.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases for efficient data retrieval and reporting.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures clearly to all employees and provide guidance as needed.
