Roles and Responsibilities


• Lead a team of business development executives/ Managers

• Track and monitor team performance by tracking activity levels and weekly reviews.

• Responsible for achieving monthly /quarterly and yearly team targets

• Coach and guide the team to be more efficient

• Design innovative incentive structures which will help the team to achieve goals.

• Should develop a network of HNI individuals as referral partners

• Forecast revenue numbers for the team and share it with the senior management on

a weekly basis

• Encourage and Motivate the team members to develop creative thinking ability which

will help them to develop new revenue streams.



Eligibility Criteria:


• Encourage and Motivate the team members to develop creative thinking ability which

will help them to develop new revenue streams.

• Should have minimum 4/5 years of people management experience

• Working in a real estate spectrum will be an added advantage

• Should have extensive field sales experience ( mandatory )

• Should have worked with HNI and NRI segment in Hyderabad domain

• Should have basic knowledge of Hyderabad real estate topography.
