  • To manage ABM & ABC Customer, Business Partner customer and Internal Customer Queries, Requests, Complaints/Grievance resolution, within define SLA. Retain customer and improve customer experience.

 

Innovation, Excellence and Quality

  • To convert manual process to Digital, empower branches and customer service team to address customer queries seamlessly, give regular kaizen ideas and improve quality score for team MOM

 

Training and Engagement

  • To regularly engage with branches and department towards reduction of top queries, request, ongoing challenges faced by internal customer and training & Develo
