- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
- Being a member of the product engineering team, play a key role in delivering quality software solutions.
- Report to the Product engineering mangers and scrum masters, while begin conversant in the Agile software development mythologies.
- Lead technical presentations, workshops, architecture design sessions, proof of concepts, and pilots to prove the feasibility of the desired solution.
- Collaborate within the product engineering team and across various consulting teams to collect requirement, understand and articulate the business problems and influence design decision to solve challenging problems.
- Passionate and committed about quality of the deliverables, reliability and sustenance of the end to end solution.
- Implement the rich platform feature of Dynamics 365 finance and operations and leverage the related Azure technology offerings to arrive at a compelling technology solution to stay competitive in the market.
- Accountability for the quality, usability, maintainability, security & performance of features developed/delivered.
- Strong debugging skills and the proven ability to quickly understand other developers’ code.
- A passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes and software, and engineering systems.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, follow development standards and work independently and commitment to team collaboration.
