The People Manager is responsible for creating a healthy and productive workplace that attracts, retains, supports, engages and develops top talent.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles & Responsibilities:


• Measure what matters most for employee’s well-being.

  • Advise senior management on required changes from the employees.
  • Empower managers to drive engagement.
  • Manage the workplace in a way that employees are happy, motivated and productive


• Developing and implementing an Employee Relations Program.

  • Create Positive work environment.
  • Create/ Drive rewards and recognition.
  • Design changes at workplace environment as required.
  • Implementation and monitoring of benefits programs designed to meet company and individual needs.
  • Responsible for efficient and accurate day-to-day administration and management of benefits programs.


• Plan & Organise employee benefits as below –

  • Events, competitions, team building activities, trips etc...
  • Employee motivation related activities.
  • Skill development and training.
  • Workplace refreshments.


• Foster positive relationships with our employees as their primary point of contact.

  • Provide necessary resources to all employees so that they’re able to perform their tasks successfully.
  • Review individual needs and resolve problems based on company policy and plan documents, as well as related practices, precedents, and procedures.


• Build a strong employer brand and ensure all employees have a positive experience & make ELV group a great place to work.

• Address employee’s issues/concern with speed and efficiency.



We are looking for:


• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Employee Relations, or Conflict Management.

• At least 3+ years’ experience in Employee Relations.

• Expert conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong leadership abilities.

• Impeccable trustworthiness and discretion.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proven experience in Employee Engagement.

• Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, and English is an added advantage.
