Roles and Responsibilities

• Writing SQL scripts, complex queries, and stored procedures to extract data.

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills. Understanding and adherence to customer SLAs.

• Develops complex advancement reports using SQL, Microsoft excel and other utilities or languages as necessary.

• Performing ad hoc and structured data analysis.

• Maintain and enhance existing database server centric components (stored procedures, indexes, SSIS packages, SSRS, data transfer and transformation services) for all our application platforms. Experience with a variety of reporting and visualization tools, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS and data replication

• Extensive hands-on technical experience for support/operations and related skills evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, identifying root cause and resolving issues/ addressing customer needs in timely manner.

• Proven track record of taking ownership, driving results and Willingness

to learn new technologies and achieving higher technical skills.

• Superb troubleshooting and analytical abilities with accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to solve problems under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Coordinate with various teams and analyze root causes and assist in the efficient resolution of all production issues.

• Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

• Flexibility to work in Night Shift and follow US holidays.
