Job Description


Role: Business Development Executive (BDE)

 

Responsibilities:

 

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the international market, focusing on IT services.

* Leverage LinkedIn and other online platforms such as Upwork to close business deals and establish relationships with potential clients.

* Develop and execute strategies to acquire local Indian businesses for software development products.

* Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, to generate new leads and convert them into clients. 

* Perform data scraping and data mining to gather valuable insights and identify potential leads for business growth.

* Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates. 

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

* Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. 

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

 

Skills Required: 

- Proven track record of closing business deals using LinkedIn and other platforms like Upwork.Expertise in outbound sales, including cold calling, with a strong ability to generate leads and convert them into clients.

- Proficient in data scraping and data mining techniques for lead generation.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of IT services and software development products.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

 

Experience: 

* Minimum 2-7 years of experience in international business development within the IT services industry.

* Demonstrated success in closing deals through LinkedIn and Upwork. Experience in acquiring local Indian businesses for software development.

* Proven expertise in outbound sales and cold calling. Background in data scraping and mining for effective lead generation.

* Location: Rajkot/Ahmedabad, Gujarat

* Working Mode: Work From Office (WFO) only
