Job Overview

As a Training & Development manager you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees. You will play a crucial role in developing our workforce and ensuring their professional growth. This is a full-time position based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• A post graduate with Medical / related qualification with 8+yrs experience in core training
• Experience in healthcare / related industry with experience in handling 1000+ employees preferred
• Ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials
• Experience with e-learning platforms and technology-enabled learning
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Certification in training and development is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to meet the organization's objectives
• Interacting with various department heads, Need analysis and training modules depend on the requirement
• Identify training needs and create training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online modules
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver specialized training programs
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at various levels
• Analyze the effectiveness and bring changes from time to time until the desired result is established
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in training and development
