Job Overview
We are seeking a Manager - Talent Acquisition for one of our client in the automobile Industry. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience in talent acquisition. This position is based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. As a Manager - Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts and ensuring the acquisition of top talent for our clients. You should be willing to travel across Kerala for recruitment drive and campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a mid-level role.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent in a competitive market.
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing channels and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach to recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire the best candidates for our clients.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create job descriptions and job specifications.
- Source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, as needed.
- Advise and influence key stakeholders on hiring decisions and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to ensure a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
