As the Chief Financial Officer with expertise in pre and post-IPO documentation, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company's operations. Your primary focus will be on preparing the company for initial public offering (IPO) or managing financial activities post-IPO. You will lead the finance team in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, optimizing financial performance, and providing strategic guidance to support the company's growth objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term objectives and growth plans.
  • Collaborate with legal, accounting, and investment banking teams to prepare the company for an IPO.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, SEC filings, and other documentation required for the IPO process.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to conduct financial audits and reviews in preparation for the IPO.
  • Manage financial reporting and compliance obligations post-IPO, including quarterly and annual filings with regulatory authorities.
  • Oversee investor relations activities, including communication with shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors.
  • Optimize the company's capital structure and manage capital raising activities, including debt and equity financing.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team capable of supporting the company's evolving needs.


Requirements:

  • CA with extensive experience in finance leadership roles, with a focus on pre and post-IPO documentation and compliance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading companies through the IPO process and managing financial operations post-IPO.
  • Deep understanding of SEC regulations, GAAP accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements for public companies.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
