We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior resident/ Assistant/Associate/Professor in General Medicine for one of the medical Colleges in North Kerala.

Qualifications and Skills

• Postgraduate degree (MD/DNB) in General Medicine.
• Minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in teaching and/or clinical practice.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively engage and motivate students in the learning process.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions on General Medicine topics to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Supervise and mentor students in their research work and thesis preparation.
• Design and develop curriculum materials based on industry trends and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and research in the field of General Medicine.
• Contribute to the academic and administrative activities of the department.
• Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with fellow faculty members.
• Assist in organizing and conducting medical conferences, workshops, and seminars.
• Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding their academic and career choices.
• Evaluate and assess student performance through examinations and assignments.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
