The skills and experience required for the Salesforce Developer Lead are:

 JD for Developer Lead:

• Experience in Designing, Development, Administration, Configuration, Customization and Integration of Salesforce CRM from mid to large sized organizations
• Expertise in Force.com technology stack: Apex, LWC, Lightning, Visualforce, AJAX calls, Triggers, Web Services, REST API, SOQL and SOSL
• Extensive experience on Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud Platforms.
• Expertise in Salesforce security model, Profiles, Permission Set, OWD, Roles and Sharing Rules.
• Experience in Designing and implementing Lightning Single Page Applications and Lightning/LWC components.
• Experience in defining CI and CD strategy and implementing using Git, Loom, BitBucket, Sourcetree and Jenkins
• Certified Salesforce.com developer / administrator is a plus
• Financial Industry experience is a plus
• Suggest architectural improvements, design and execute technical requirements.
• Ability to fix and clear the bottle necks and optimize the existing code base on case by case basis.
• Setup & manage Dev-Ops infrastructure
