Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Project Manager duties shall include:

Ø Supervising, managing and motivating team members.

Ø Provide progress reports of the project to client and relevant stakeholders.

Ø Risk Management.

Ø Understand technical and business requirements of the client and identify skills and resources required for the project.

Ø Technical assistance to the team.

Ø Evaluate and Identify training required for team members and build the competency map.

Ø Oversee all project execution procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.

Ø Technical review of work products delivered by team

Ø Measure project/product performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Ø Coordinate between team and client for the flawless execution of projects.

Ø Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Ø Create and maintain comprehensive project/product documentation.

Ø Ensure timely deliverables from the team with high quality work products.

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate should be well-versed in all matters of product development at the software level. The skills valued for this role are:

Ø Proven experience in Administrative and People Management.

Ø Experience on project management tools like Microsoft Project Plan(MPP), Gannt Chart, PERT Chart or similar tools.

Ø Experience in software and task estimation.

Ø Solid technical background with proven working experience in any automotive electronics area.

Ø Experience in new product development process and value engineering as per SAE process.

Ø Should have good knowledge about the test setup requirements and the test bench requirements, for the specific tests.

Ø Good test results analysis and report compilation skills.

Ø Excellent Leadership Skills and Presentation Skills.

Ø Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ø Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Additional Skills:

Ø Exposure to safety systems in automotive passenger vehicle segment

Ø Technical articles on public domain

Ø PMP Certification

Ø Scrum and Agile Framework Knowledge

Ø Proven working experience on AUTOSAR concepts.

Ø Working experience with automotive tools of Vector Canoe, DOORS, MKS Source Integrity or similar tools.
