Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Bench Sales Recruiter with expertise in OPT (Optional Practical Training) and US Visa processes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and placing OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work authorization holders in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and place OPT, CPT, H1B, and other work authorization holders in suitable job positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, consultants, and vendors.
• Understand and keep up-to-date with the US Visa processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Market bench consultants to various clients and job portals.
• Negotiate contract terms and rates with candidates and vendors.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain a database of candidate information and job placements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT industry.
• In-depth knowledge of OPT, CPT, H1B, and other US work authorization processes.
• Strong understanding of the US Visa regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
