About Job

We are seeking a new Electric Vehicle Mentor to join our team. You will be researching various technologies in the EV domain, connecting & coordinating with industry experts to develop the courses, and performing & evaluating projects included in the EV course. To be successful in this position, you'll have to have excellent communication skills, and a great understanding of the fundamentals of mechanical, automotive, and electronics systems. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Researching the latest trends in the Electric Vehicle domain, exploring the possibilities for the development of courses and interesting projects.
2. Performing competitor analysis and job requirement survey.
3. Interacting with students to resolve their technical queries and conducting virtual boot camps in the field of Electric Vehicles.
4. Interacting with industrial experts and getting them on board to develop the planned courses.
5. Coordinating with existing experts, reviewing their prepared content (videos, quizzes, projects) keeping the track of their progress, and taking regular follow-ups. 
6. Assisting the associated experts if they face any technical difficulty.
7. Creating evaluation strategies for various projects in each individual module.
8. Managing the existing courses by evaluating their content, suggesting improvements, and implementing them.
9. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

 Skills Required:

1. BE/B.Tech. in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics.
2. Strong fundamental knowledge of different components in EVs such as powertrain, batteries, motors, and electronics.
3. Basic understanding of MATLAB Simulink or Programming languages.
4. Proficiency with any one of the CAD modeling tools such as SolidWorks/ Catia/ Creo would be an added advantage.
5. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
6. Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
