Role: Technical Project Manager (.Net)

Location: Ahmedabad (WFO)

Requirement:

• Experience 10+ years in .NET technology and 2+ years as a Project Manager
• Required to manage the overall delivery of development and enhancements projects.
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira.
• Must have experience to managing enterprise application end to end
• Experience developing .NET web applications on the Microsoft stack .Net/.Net Core, C#, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, JavaScript and SQL Server Database.
• Ability to conceptualize design and deliver applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the product owner and development teams to plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
• Creating and managing project timelines, identifying risks and monitoring progress against project goals.
• Promote continuous improvement and collaborating cross-functional teams, identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the progress.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up, planning, review, retrospective
• Communicate project status, risks & issues, timelines, resources utilization, prepare & deliver metrics to senior management & stakeholders regularly.
