RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Assist staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports
•  Assist with data analysis as needed
• Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts
• Prepare Sales Tax Returns
• Reconcile bank deposits to AR Accounts
• Prepare, verify, code and post Accounts Payable invoices to accounting system if required
• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs 
• Processing due invoices for payments 
• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
• Assist with GL account analysis as needed
•  Ensure all payments, including Credit Cards Payments, are posted in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform other special projects and functions as assigned by management.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Competency with SAGE
2. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products required
3. Outstanding communication, analytical skills and attention to detail required
4. Outstanding time management and organizational skills
