Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Responsible for primary and secondary sales
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with distributors within the territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both the customer and the company.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the territory.
  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Any bachelor's degree.
  • 1 to 3 years' experience in FMCG sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Compensation package may include a base salary, PBIS, Travel allowance, bonuses, and other benefits based on performance.
