Key Responsibilities:

·        Increase cash sales at the warehouse,

o  Provide all the required information to the billing team, which would allow quick billing and faster service to customers,

o  Be polite and courteous towards the customers,

o  Regular follow up with customers for next order,

o  Share product knowledge with the customers,

o  Sell new/additional products to customers.

o  Safety at Location/ Equipment’s of Safety

·        Manage stock

o  Conduct daily physical stock count of all the products in the warehouse and report it to the warehouse manager,

o  Find and report variances (if any) between system stock and physical stock count to warehouse manager,

o  Coordinate with purchase team to refill product stock in the warehouse,

o  Arrange products in warehouse appropriately, e.g., follow company procedures for storing flammable products and non-flammable products.

·        Manage petty cash

o  Validate opening balance of local petty cash with accounts team and petty cash book,

o  Send expense vouchers to billing team in head office,

o  Receive cash memos from billing team in head office,

o  Document and track daily expenses and cash memo in petty cash book in real time,

o  Regularly deposit petty cash in company’s bank account and daily communicate the status to accounts team.

·        Increase product knowledge

o  Have complete knowledge of every product,

o  Keep yourself updated with new products,

o  Be aware of competitor’s products.

General Responsibilities:

·        Be punctual and regular to work,

·        Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the work place,

·        Follow dress code policy/norms of the company,

·        Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while handling products.

·        Maintain Mobile , Printers, weight scales ect.
