Key Responsibilities:
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s
sales goals
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer
base
Conducting trials at customer’s end & convince technically, Provide Technical Back up
for queries about process & resolve, Trouble shooting at customer end
Responsible for sales generation for the Adhesives, Catalyst, Thermosetting Resins
(Unsaturated Polyester resin, Vinyl esters), Glass Fiber, Mold Release agent, Core
materials
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies,
analysing trends and results.
Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators,
competitors and supply and demand.
Identify new opportunities and pursue them with new (lead generation) and existing
customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Expand the product / service offerings to increase the market share
Handle leads generated through Indiamart
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
Establishes individual and team goals which are aligned with the Company's business
strategies and objectives.
Establishment of sound unit planning; implementation of strategies and processes to
achieve goals and budgeting.
