·      Sales & Marketing

o  Responsible for business development

o  Handling sales, marketing and business development, customer techno- commercial services activities

o  Responsible for sales generation for the Adhesives, Catalyst, Thermosetting Resins(Unsaturated Polyester resin, Vinyl esters), Glass Fiber, Mold Release agent, Core materials  

o  Complete understanding of all the products and services offered

o  Respond to sales queries of prospective customers

o  Follow through with customers for collections and ensure collection targets are met on a timely basis

o  Provide daily reports to leadership

o  Identify new opportunities and pursue them with new (lead generation) and existing customers

o  Analyze market trends / requirements, and recommend changes to leadership for future opportunities

o  Expand the product / service offerings to increase the market share

o  Action and own the business plans laid by the leadership to meet defined sales targets

·      Customer Relationship

o  Address and resolve customer queries and concerns

o  Periodical visits to customers to seek feedbacks, suggestions and future business opportunities

o  Communicate new product launch to customers through mailers / sms.
