·      Petty Cash Management of all warehouse and follow-up with warehouse person about timely cash deposit in nearby branch.

·      Capture cash vouchers entry in Tally on the same day.

Documentation

·      Filling and checking of cash voucher/receipt; serial and branch wise.

·      Reconciliation of customer and vendor balance statements against the ledgers,

·      Accurate documentation of High Sea Sales and Imports,

·      Timely submission bill of entry and its record keeping.

·      Sorting couriers and handover to appropriate officials.

Reporting

·      Weekly Cash Flow Statement.

·      Timely preparation and submission of MIS data with accuracy.
