Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Link Composites Pvt. Ltd. As an Accountant , you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, financial statements, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with tax preparation and filing
• Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial processes are efficient and accurate
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations
