Job Description
· Expertise in sourcing/ Tracking through Job Portals, Social Media, Networking, Referrals and other sources
· Efficient in handling bulk hiring requirements with direct clients
· Excellent analytical and organizational skills. Should be a self-starter
· Experienced in all aspects of complete recruitment cycle including requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, interviewing, salary negotiation, and rolling out offers.
· Vendor management and acting as the SPOC for the consultant
· Ensuring an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Should have 3-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
· Excellent Communication skills
· Hands-on experience in IT/Non-IT vertical
· Dynamic and result-oriented individual
· Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams, and HR Partners.
