JOB DESCRIPTION:
CO-ORDINATION WITH CUSTOMERS, SITE SALES TEAM:
· Answering all incoming inquiries with as little delay as possible.
· Providing all relevant information to the leads either over the phone, email, or WhatsApp.
· Convincing the leads to visit the site.
· Inform our site sales team relevant details of the customer and his/ her time for visiting the site.
· Helping the customer to reach the site.
· Arranging cabs for customers and coordinating with them till they visit the site.
· Attending walk-in customers at head office to provide details of any project as per requirement.
· Educating customers by explaining our USPs and convincing them.
· Attending property events or exhibitions and helping customers with requirements.
· Inform customers about current payment offers at our sites.
· Provide information about our upcoming projects.
· Connecting new channel partners who call up by providing the concerned person's number along with relevant project information.
· Capable to work with SELL.DO
