The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing the production team. The role demands comprehensive knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 7 years and maximum of 10 years of experience in garment production.
• Proficiency in production planning to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Experience in quality control to maintain high standards of product quality and minimize defects.
• Strong supply chain management skills to ensure seamless coordination between various stages of production.
• Team management capabilities to lead, mentor, and motivate team members effectively.
• Expertise in cost management to optimize production costs while maintaining quality.
• Strong vendor management skills for effective coordination with suppliers and vendors.
• In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
• Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve any issues that arise during production.
