Job Summary

Looking for a brilliant Sr Accounts Executive for an Ecommerce company situated in Secunderabad.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Review, implement and adapt new and existing financial systems and controls.
• Deal with and advise on tax issues, ensuring compliance with tax legislation.
• Advise company on areas of business improvement.
• Document all financial transactions (expenses, purchases, payments etc).
• Responsible for Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger Accounts, TDS Returns Filing and Prepare & file GST Returns.
• Fulfill all statutory requirements and Timely payment of all statutory dues.
• Handling Bank reconciliation, Cash Book, Cash Transaction Expenses, Bank statement filling maintenance.
• Calculation of Wages & Salaries.
• Develop periodic reports for management.
• Prepare and Submit Data to Chartered Accountant as per their requirement.
• Preparing of Vendor Cheque payments and Co-ordination with Banks Authorities.
• Handling day to day accounts, branch transactions, Petty Cash and consolidate the statements.
• Miscellaneous Tasks on time to time and as per requirement.
• Keep information confidential and secure them with timely backups.
• Keep up with financial policies, regulations and legislation.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Expertise in Tally
• Hands on experience and thorough knowledge in MS Excel especially with formulae like VLOOKUP, Logical functions, Pivot tables etc
• Experience in Preparation and filing of GST and TDS.
• Thorough understanding of filing of PF, ESI and IT Return
• Excellent organizing abilities
• Great attention to detail
• Strong written & oral communication skills
• Ability and willingness to meet deadlines
• Exposure to multiple areas in accounts
• Experience: 10+ years
