Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Customer Support professional to join our team at Elements Design Lab in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience and will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and communication services to our clients. This is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing client relationships.

- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build strong client relationships.

- Document all client interactions and follow up to ensure complete resolution of customer complaints and inquiries.
