This is a mid-level, full-time role ideal for professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base and fostering long-lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4 years to maximum 6 years of relevant work experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record in relationship building (Mandatory skill).
- Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software (Mandatory skill).
- Strong sales acumen with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and analyze trends.
- Capability in generating leads through various channels and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Strategic planning skills to develop and execute business development initiatives.
