Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at S-plus LED. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales revenue. This is a mid-level position requiring 1 to 2 years of experience. The role is full-time and based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role with 1 to 2 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Knowledge of the IT industry and digital solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients to promote our products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Understand client needs and customize solutions to meet their requirements
• Achieve sales targets and goals within the assigned territory
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service and support
