Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales
- Familiarity with rural markets and understanding of B2B sales is a plus
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our B2B eCommerce platform
- Convince potential customers to join our platform and explain the benefits to their business
- Provide product information, answer questions, and address any concerns or objections
- Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up with them regularly
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
