Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Tele Caller. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office

• Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
• Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products/services and stay up-to-date on industry trends
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Manage and update customer databases
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

Salary:- 14000 to 15000 in hand + PF +Incentive
