Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, including skincare, makeup, and haircare recommendations
• Educate customers on the benefits of organic and sustainable beauty products
• Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate and promote the use of beauty products through in-store events and demonstrations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
