Position: Sales Advisor, Customer Delight

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting to: Lead, Customer Delight

CTC & Benefits: 3.70 LPA

  • Fixed: 2.70 LPA 
  • Incentives: 1 LPA

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all calls are handled as directed
  • Generate revenue by understanding the need of customers
  • Upsell other products wherever possible
  • Ensure you follow the customer service script for uniformity
  • Ability to analysis the situation in hand and take a business decision to ensure Customer experience is not impacted

Key success metrics for this role:

  • Number of calls dialed per day
  • Conversion Rate
  • Cross selling
  • Shift adherence
  • Call Quality

Must Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Sound confident, energetic and have Patience all throughout the day 
  • Friendly, Calm under Pressure and Effectively Communication to customers        
  • Ability to probe and comprehend the issue or situations 
  • Flexible to changes and adapt to new methods as per requirement  

Ideal Candidate:

  • Someone who is good at selling and can be self-motivated, take initiatives, flexible to accommodate new responsibilities as and when the role demands
  • Build and develop relationships with internal & external, so that faster resolution can be provided to customer
  • Fresher’s can also apply as long as they have impeccable command of the English language, are customer centric, are quick in problem solving and Last learners.
