  • Location: Bangalore
  • Reporting to: Associate manager/ Regional manager


 About the Role:

An operations City Captain is responsible for performing administrative and execution tasks to support the organization's daily operations. An operations City Captain must have excellent organizational skills to perform various duties for different business functions under the supervision of an operations manager.


Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for handling operations related to the backend by coordinating with clients & Inhouse.
  • Manage the Backend process such as Appointment Confirmations, Reports, Escalations & Executions.
  •  Responsible for End to end backend support to operations enquiries, Confirmation follow-ups with Clients, SOD & EOD Report preparation, logistics, weekly reports. Working closely with Clients, Corporate Customers and internal stakeholders for Appointment confirmation, reports and ensure timely action of completing tasks at hand.
  • Build and develop relationships with the existing and new Clients.

 Must have Skills:

  • High school diploma/Graduation
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Must be detail and solutions-oriented.
  • Well versed in MS office suite such as word, excel and PowerPoint presentation.
