Summary of work Environment and Work performed: -                                                    

The incumbent is responsible for executing the Sales & Marketing department’s activities. The position demands comprehensive knowledge of overall products of the company. Hence excellent communication, Negotiation skills required.

Specific Duties:


 Responsible for Sales Recovery & co-ordination.

 Daily call to defaulter Customers for their outstanding payments. 

 To send reminder letters/mails to all defaulter customers and review all credit files for proper documentation and monitoring.

 Obtain background information on all accounts assigned and especially customer information etc… for proper follow up.

 Strong - daily follow up for ready material pickup & payment collection & new orders.

 Tele calling, Customer Follow-ups regarding payments, etc.

 Follow-up to customers or sales representative for payment 2 days before dispatching date.

 Digital marketing related tasks in co-ordination with sales manager.

 All pan India database—joint work with Manager-Customer Support for CRM activity.

 About non-dispatched material and follow up to respective customers or sales representative.

 Update daily sheet.

 Keeping all records as per ISO.

 Smooth ERP functioning & maintaining data through ERP.

Skills:   Essential –   

1. Co-ordinate with sales team by managing schedules & filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

2. Respond to complaints from customers & Problem solving.

3.  The ability to work effectively to deadlines.

4. The ability to priorities and manage several different tasks at once.

5. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

 6. Good ability to handle pressures.

 7. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.

 8. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

 9. Relationship management & strong interpersonal skills.
