Job Overview
This is a Full-Time position as an EUC L1 at EIL Global, located in Tomago, Newcastle. As a Mid-Level role in the IT industry, this position requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. The focus will be on providing desktop management and support, managing Microsoft Office 365, handling network configurations, and ensuring efficient service delivery through various IT management tools.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in Windows Desktop Management to offer seamless support and integration for desktop environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 for managing applications and ensuring productivity across the organization.
- Competency in Basic Network Configuration to ensure efficient and stable networking setups and troubleshoot network problems.
- Strong experience in Active Directory Management for administering accounts, policies, and maintaining security protocols.
- Ability to configure printers and other peripherals, ensuring connectivity and smooth operations within the IT infrastructure.
- Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow to track IT issues, requests, and manage service delivery effectively.
- Knowledge in Mobile Device Management for securing and managing mobile devices across various operating systems.
- Understanding of Data Centre Devices to support hardware components necessary for robust data center operation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for end-user computing devices and applications.
- Oversee and manage Windows Desktop installations, configurations, and updates.
- Assist with Microsoft Office 365 setup, modifications, and troubleshooting to ensure user productivity.
- Configure and support network settings, ensuring efficient connectivity and network integrity.
- Manage Active Directory administration, including the creation and maintenance of user accounts.
- Handle the installation and troubleshooting of printers and peripheral devices.
- Create and resolve support tickets on ServiceNow, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Participate in device management tasks for both desktops and mobile devices to ensure compliance and security.
