Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Field Services Technician to join our team. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Perth, Perth, and Brisbane. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, offering technical support across various technological frameworks and ensuring smooth IT operations for our clients.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Strong skills in network configuration to support connectivity and communication within enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Windows OS support, managing installation, updates, and troubleshooting tasks.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems for efficiently managing service requests and incident resolutions.
  • Expertise in mobile device management to ensure secure and efficient usage by remote or field-based staff.
  • Active Directory administration skills to manage network resources and maintain secure access controls.
  • Understanding of printers and multi-function devices for troubleshooting and maintaining optimal performance.
  • Experience with audio visual systems to support communication and presentation technologies in various environments.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, network, and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, ensuring all systems and applications operate effectively.
  • Respond to service tickets in a timely manner, providing reliable resolutions to client issues.
  • Manage Active Directory user accounts, groups, and network resources for secure system access.
  • Set up and configure mobile devices to meet enterprise security protocols and productivity needs.
  • Support audio visual systems within client environments, enhancing meeting and presentation experiences.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure IT services align with client requirements and expectations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of IT infrastructure to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
