Job OverviewWe are seeking a Junior International Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Noida, Delhi. This is a full-time role where you will be an integral part of our recruitment process, tasked with sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier international talent. This position is pivotal for bridging our staffing needs across global locations with a focus on IT recruitment.


  • Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in candidate sourcing using various platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter and Fieldnation (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in using and managing Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline the recruitment process efficiently.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing strategies to attract passive candidates and promote job openings effectively.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in IT recruitment, recognizing the challenges and dynamics of tech industry hiring.
  • Ability to conduct and manage international recruitment, understanding diverse markets and regulations.
  • Skills in utilizing Workmarket to manage freelance and contingent workforce engagements effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking to assess and match candidate profiles against job requirements efficiently.


  • Roles and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and manage the full cycle recruitment process.
  • Source candidates using various platforms and tools, focusing on linking appropriate talent to international roles.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Fieldnation effectively to engage with a wide pool of candidates.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics tracking.
  • Develop and implement creative recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent globally.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments in coordination with hiring managers and panel members.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain EIL Global's employer brand and values.
  • Stay updated on latest recruitment trends and best practices to continually improve our hiring process.
