Job Overview

The EUC MAC role at EIL Global in Dublin City is a mid-level position requiring a contract-to-hire full-time commitment. The ideal candidate will bring between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. This role involves managing and supporting Mac environments, focusing on deploying and configuring Apple devices, along with troubleshooting and deploying software across systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have proficiency in Apple Remote Desktop, macOS Configuration, and Apple Device Enrollment (Mandatory skill) with the capability to efficiently manage Apple devices within an enterprise environment.
• Experienced in Jamf Pro for effective management of Mac devices, ensuring seamless deployment and policy management across the organization.
• Skillful in developing and executing Shell Scripts to automate recurring tasks and streamline complex processes on macOS.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) Solutions, focusing on ensuring security and compliance across device fleets.
• Competent in Mac Software Deployment, with the ability to plan, test, and deploy applications and updates to Mac users.
• Proficient in troubleshooting macOS Issues, employing both creative and analytical approaches to solve complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate and coordinate with various teams, facilitating a smooth technology integration process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving business requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain enterprise-level Mac environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Deploy and manage macOS devices using Apple Device Enrollment and other MDM solutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues specific to Mac systems, providing timely resolutions to maintain productivity.
• Develop automation scripts using Shell scripting to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards, maintaining the integrity of data and systems.
• Assist in the planning and execution of macOS software deployments and updates, testing for compatibility and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, assisting with macOS usage and troubleshooting as necessary.
