Job Overview

EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Junior Desktop Support Engineer in Ujjain. This is a Part-Time, Freelance position suitable for individuals with 1 to 3 years of work experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and technical support.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Troubleshooting (Mandatory skill): Demonstrable ability to identify and resolve various technical issues efficiently.
  • Technical Support (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in providing technical assistance and support to end-users.
  • Help Desk Support (Mandatory skill): Practical experience in managing and addressing help desk tickets effectively.
  • Hardware maintenance: Expertise in maintaining and repairing hardware components and peripherals.
  • Software installation: Knowledge in installing, configuring, and updating software applications.
  • Network configuration: Proficiency in setting up and managing network configurations, including Wi-Fi and LAN.
  • IT Support: Ability to provide comprehensive IT support, including responding to breakdowns and system errors.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktop and laptop users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Manage and resolve help desk tickets related to technical problems and user queries.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems.
  • Set up and configure network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.
  • Offer guidance and support to users for any technical difficulties they encounter.
  • Document all technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT support and desktop management.
