Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Deskside Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and is a full-time position. As a Deskside Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, operating system, and network-related issues.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in operating system configuration (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth knowledge of network connectivity issues (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with software installation and updates.
- Ability to provide remote desktop support and assistance to users.
- Technical support expertise for resolving IT issues promptly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support to end-users for resolving hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system configuration problems.
- Ensure network connectivity and address network-related issues.
- Install and maintain software applications on user desktops.
- Provide remote desktop support and address issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain documentation of support activities and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex issues.
- Offer technical support and guidance to end-users to enhance their productivity.
