Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Deskside Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and is a full-time position. As a Deskside Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for desktop, operating system, and network-related issues.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in operating system configuration (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth knowledge of network connectivity issues (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with software installation and updates.
  • Ability to provide remote desktop support and assistance to users.
  • Technical support expertise for resolving IT issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside support to end-users for resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operating system configuration problems.
  • Ensure network connectivity and address network-related issues.
  • Install and maintain software applications on user desktops.
  • Provide remote desktop support and address issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain documentation of support activities and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex issues.
  • Offer technical support and guidance to end-users to enhance their productivity.
