Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for IT Managed Services at EIL Global. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Bangalore, Chennai, or Cochin. The ideal candidate will have between 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, focusing on driving growth in IT services through strategic business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Mandatory skill) to manage and analyze customer interactions and data effectively.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms for enabling scalable and secure IT solutions.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework to ensure optimal infrastructure service management.
- Strong cybersecurity awareness to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of client and company data.
- Demonstrated abilities in account management, maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Expertise in developing and implementing successful business development strategies.
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation and management of contracts to align with company objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand EIL Global's client base and improve market outreach.
- Identify, assess, and develop new business opportunities within the IT managed services domain.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
- Lead negotiations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor IT solutions that meet customer needs and drive digital transformation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Achieve set revenue targets by effectively organizing and executing business development initiatives.
