Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Secretary at Egniol Services. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing the legal and regulatory compliance of the company, including maintaining registers and books, filing necessary documents, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. The Company Secretary will also assist the board of directors in their duties.

Qualifications :

• Expert knowledge of company law and regulations
• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• 2+ years of experience as a Company Secretary
• Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) certification is preferred
